Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We're currently looking for a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our residential communities. Property Overview As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations. You'll lead an on-site team and work to ensure high occupancy, resident satisfaction, and efficient property performance. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential property Supervise and support leasing and maintenance staff Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations Handle leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident communications Manage budgets, control expenses, and meet financial goals Coordinate maintenance and property improvement projects Maintain accurate records using property management software Foster a positive and respectful living environment for residents Qualifications 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management (required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws Experience with property management software- Yardi and RentCafe preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree or relevant certification (preferred) Benefits Competitive salary Medical benefits package with options Paid time off and holidays
