Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, personable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complexes (100 units initially) to ensure they are well-maintained, profitable and complaint with our standards and all regulations. The position involves managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and handling financial reporting. This is a four day a week position. Enjoy a three-day weekend every weekend (occasional emergency line monitoring required after normal hours) with full-time pay. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in property management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are safe, efficient, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive environment for tenants and staff alike. Responsibilities Creating listings for vacant units, conducting property tours for potential renters and skillfully negotiating lease agreements Communicating with tenants, professionally handling their questions, resolving conflicts and responding to maintenance requests Collecting rent, managing security deposits, preparing the property's budget and maintaining detailed financial records for the owner Scheduling maintenance, coordinating with contractors for repairs, performing routine inspections and managing vendor relationships Operating the property in accordance with local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations We are a growing operation. Pay:
