Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high voltage electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and HVAC system repair. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and training staff on safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, schematics, and safety documentation using Microsoft Office tools. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair or industrial maintenance tasks. Monitor mechanical systems repair processes using tools like ohmmeters and ensure adherence to electrical experience standards. Lead efforts to optimize facilities management processes through continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or engineering teams in a commercial or industrial environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance procedures. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, high voltage electrical systems, and OSHA safety standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance management (CMMS) software to streamline operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of maintenance repair procedures including electrical experience, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, and mechanical systems diagnostics.
