What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential siteSupervise and support direct care staffEnsure client needs are met per their care plans (ISPs)Manage scheduling, training, and communicationSupport medication administration and home safetyPromote engaging community activities
What You'll Need:
? High school diploma or GED (college preferred)? 1+ year of leadership experience? 1+ year working in IDD or similar field? Strong communication and organizational skills? Ability to lift 50 lbs and provide physical support? Valid Ohio Driver's License with than three violations in the past three years and no convictions of OVI, vehicular homicide, driving without a suspension, or tickets over 10+ mph.? Must pass background and driving checks? Willingness to complete required certifications after hire
