A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Pay Rate:
$30/hr temp; $60k to $75k/yr perm pay, based on experience Job Description An apartment complex is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury residential community and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of resident service, property appearance, occupancy, and overall operations while coordinating with maintenance staff, vendors, residents, and ownership. This is a first shift position working 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the residential property Provide a high level of customer service to residents and prospective residents Manage resident relations, concerns, requests, and lease-related matters Coordinate maintenance requests, unit turns, inspections, and property upkeep and supervise and coordinate maintenance and other on-site personnel Assist with leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Monitor property appearance and ensure luxury-community standards are maintained Coordinate contractors and outside vendors as needed Maintain accurate resident, property, and administrative records Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, invoices, and other property-related financial matters Conduct property and unit inspections Ensure compliance with company policies, lease requirements, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable laws Communicate regularly with ownership or senior management regarding property operations and help maintain strong occupancy and resident retention
Job Requirements Qualifications:
Must have previous residential property management experience Luxury or Class A multifamily experience is preferred Must have knowledge of Fair Housing practices and Supervisory experience preferred Must be comfortable working with property management software and Microsoft Office Experience coordinating maintenance and unit turns, along with strong customer service and resident-relations skills is needed Must have excellent and professional communication, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be professional, polished, responsive, and comfortable working with residents who expect a high level of service Must be able to balance resident satisfaction with the operational needs of the property and take ownership of issues through resolution Must have a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
