Elevate Commercial is looking for a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Manufactured Housing Communities in Willoughby and Kirtland, Ohio , including Self Storage operations at our Willoughby property . This is more than a traditional property management role. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with residents, improve communities, solve real problems, and take ownership of the properties you manage —while working alongside a team that supports you. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of our Manufactured Housing Communities in Willoughby and Kirtland Oversee Self Storage operations at our Willoughby property Build strong, professional relationships with residents, prospective residents, and customers Show available homes and storage units and support leasing and rentals Support rent and Self Storage payment collection and delinquency follow-up Coordinate maintenance, vendors, contractors, and work orders Walk the properties regularly and proactively identify issues Help keep communities clean, safe, attractive, and well-maintained Respond to resident and customer concerns and find solutions Enforce community policies fairly and consistently Support Fair Housing compliance Coordinate property improvements, renovations, and maintenance projects Maintain accurate property and resident records Communicate property needs, priorities, and results with leadership Look for ways to improve resident satisfaction and property performance We're Looking for Someone Who Is...
