Job description: This position is the initial point of contact for the Property Management Company. This position directs calls to appropriate team members, is the first contact on leads and tenant inquiries via in-person visit, phone, and text. Conducts introductory evaluation on prospective tenants. Schedules prospective tenants to view properties. Ensures showing agent has all necessary information pertaining to showings. Calls propsects for a survey of the property after viewings Updates the Prospect status. Maintains Prospect waiting lists Performs clerical tasks Greets visitors Assists Prospects with tenant application process Accepts payments Maintains records in rental management system Provides support to team as needed and is back up to leasing agent Position requires excellent verbal skills and phone etiquette, ability to multi-task with great organizational skills and experience with Google Platform.
