Residential Home Manager (Full-Time)
Pay:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Positions Available (No 3rd Shift)

Join the Humanity Plus Homes Team Humanity Plus Homes Assisted Living Agency is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Residential Home Managers to oversee residential homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with behavioral support needs. As a Residential Home Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a residential home while ensuring individuals receive exceptional care in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. You will supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold Humanity Plus Homes' mission of helping individuals live as independently as possible with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Position Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of approximately 4-12 Direct Support Professionals. Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication support (when applicable), and community integration. Transport individuals to medical appointments, grocery shopping, recreational activities, and other community outings using your personal vehicle when necessary. Complete required documentation accurately, including activity logs, timesheets, incident reports, medication documentation, and other agency paperwork. Communicate professionally with family members, guardians, medical professionals, and agency leadership. Ensure compliance with agency policies, Medicaid regulations, and state requirements. Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable for providing quality care and professional service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance. High school diploma or GED. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and meet all state eligibility requirements. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
