A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We are currently looking for an entry level multifamily property manager for the Clinton, OK area. Desired candidates must have some management experience. Candidates must have minimal computer skills with the ability to learn software programs. Candidates must have a clean criminal history. Summary As an Apartment Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction. Your core skills in property management and leasing will be essential in maintaining occupancy rates and adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Utilizing your premium skills in conflict management and knowledge of landlord-tenant law, you will effectively address tenant concerns and facilitate smooth operations. Your relevant skills in property maintenance and administrative tasks will further support the efficient management of the property, making you a vital asset to our team. Responsibilities Oversee property leasing activities, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts. Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolutions. Utilize property management software, such as Entrata, for efficient record-keeping and data entry. Collect rents and take action on delinquent accounts. Process invoices for payment. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards and enhance tenant satisfaction.
