At Kalos Residential, we manage apartment communities for Four Mile Capital, a long-term owner-operator with nearly 2,700 units across seven states. We hold high standards, promote from within, and treat every property like it matters — because it does. The Role As Assistant Community Manager, you're the second-in-command at the property. When the Community Manager is out, you're running it. This isn't a role where you wait to be told what to do — you already know what right looks like. You'll own: Leasing, tours, and occupancy performance Resident relationships and renewals Rent collections and delinquency management Lease files, compliance, and financial reporting accuracy What We're Looking For You hold yourself to high standards without being asked.
