146-Unit Apartment Community About the Position We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations for our apartment community in Moore, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained property while providing excellent customer service to our residents. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced in apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and make-ready operations. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team. Coordinate daily work orders and preventative maintenance. Oversee apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready on schedule. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, flooring, and general building maintenance. Maintain the property's curb appeal and common areas. Schedule and oversee outside vendors and contractors. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Deliver outstanding customer service to residents. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience . Previous supervisory or Maintenance Manager experience preferred. EPA Universal Certification required. HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors. Preferred Qualifications CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification. CAMT designation.
