We are looking for an energetic, responsible, dependable and organized Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance personnel, handling resident retention and renewals, leasing, and much more. You must be dedicated, hard-working, and a self-starter and a motivated individual. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; Manage timely collection of rents while exercising legal collection efforts. Provide and generate direct communication with and assistance to tenants. Eliminate lost revenue due to vacancies by effecting fast turnover in accordance with Make-Ready policy. Ensure market-ready condition of vacant units and lots in accordance with Make-Ready policies. Promotes curb appeal. Manage resident relations; ensures resident issues are responded to quickly and appropriately. Respond to requests from local governments and communities to ensure legal compliance.
