Role:
We are hiring a full-time operations manager to help launch our new cleaning branch in Tulsa, OK for Bonnie and a Broom. This position will work closely with the owner and existing administrative team to unlock our next level of growth. If you have experience as a residential cleaner and managing teams of residential cleaners, we would love to interview you! Bonnie and a Broom has a vision to not only be the best and biggest cleaning company in Tulsa, OK but nationwide. To do this, a strong operations manager here in Tulsa is crucial.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Own hiring and staffing: job posts, interviews, training, test cleans, performance management, and ensuring proper team coverage Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction: ride-alongs, quality checks, real-time feedback, performance plans, and handling escalations Lead company culture and team engagement: meetings, recognition programs, challenges, and team events Oversee scheduling and capacity planning: approve schedules, ensure coverage, and maintain ability to handle last-minute jobs Manage financial performance: approve payroll, pricing and pay exceptions, and protect profit targets Drive sales execution: review sales calls, support quoting, meet with key clients, and maintain close-rate targets Run operations and reporting cadence: weekly business reviews, KPI reporting to owner, and continuous problem solving Manage and develop office staff: daily standups, task assignment, productivity management, and operational accountability If you read this job description and thought both "I would love this job" and "I would be perfect for this" we would love to speak with you!
