Forest Glen Housing is an 104 unit iconic building in Canyonville that has been renovated and under new ownership and is affordable housing apartments now. We are seeking a qualified candidate to be the onsite manager. Experience in dealing with customer tenants and helping qualify some of these persons into vouchers is part of the job. The property is in lease up mode so a potential manager will need the drive and experience to assist in building relationships with referral sources. Light book keeping skills and some housekeeping work is a portion of the job.
