Job Description

Community Manager Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, exempt Community Manager to lead a community of residents and staff in one of our student-centered apartment buildings. This crucial role assures a supportive environment for our residents/students while overseeing efficient and fiscally responsible operations of the community. This is a unique building, recently renovated, and was a part of the Oregon Community Foundation's Project Turnkey !
Location:
Gresham, Oregon (near historic downtown)
Community Manager Duties:
Providing leadership, direction, and support to the teams at the community Responsible for positive student engagement and services throughout the life cycle of tenancy Manages and directs day-to-day leasing operations and related accounting Proactively develops and implements new practices and trainings to support a culture of growth
Community Manager Benefits:
