Oregon Beach Vacations is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team in the Lincoln City area . This vital role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping and maintenance across a portfolio of vacation rental properties. Success in this position requires the ability to build strong relationships, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for guests and owners. Key responsibilities include managing laundry services, supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinating supply ordering, scheduling cleanings, handling routine and emergency maintenance issues, and collaborating with internal departments. Schedule:

This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Lincoln City, OR. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs. Weekend work is required. Holiday work may be required based on business needs.
