Job Description

Meredith Lodging North Coast is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing the quality and functionality of rental properties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of vacation rental properties Commuting to and from properties to conduct regular inspections and ensure timely responses to issues. Conduct thorough inspections for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues. Ensure properties meet cleanliness and functionality standards before guest arrivals. Manage day-to-day repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks. Perform minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets. Identify and report significant maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Prepare properties for guest and owner arrivals by overseeing cleaning and restocking supplies. Maintain accurate records of inspection findings and inventory levels. Deliver requested items to guests to ensure satisfaction.

Strong communication and organizational skill Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Office 365 software systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. AwayDay, LLC Who You Are:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1-2 years of property management or related experience. Availability to work weekends and on-call shifts as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend, kneel, and squat frequently to inspect properties, check appliances, and perform minor repairs. Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds for tasks such as delivering supplies or moving furniture. Stamina to walk and stand for extended periods while conducting property inspections and overseeing cleaning processes. Dexterity and coordination to handle tools and equipment for small maintenance tasks. Must be at least 18 years of age
Schedule:
This position is a full-time, year-round, position. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs. Weekend work is required. Holiday work may be required based on business needs.
