On-Site Property Manager JK Management

• (Wilsonville, OR 97070) Onsite Apartment Manager (Wilsonville, OR) JK Management is looking for a dependable full-time Onsite Apartment Manager.

All applicants must be 18 or older and must pass a criminal background check. This position is for an 84-unit apartment complex in Wilsonville, OR. Compensation includes a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment valued at $1,625/month plus monthly salary of $3,640. Managers are required to live onsite in the apartment provided. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Day to day complex operations
• Showing apartments and accepting applications
• Accepting rent and completing deposits
• Daily inspection/cleaning of the grounds and garbage enclosures
• Posting notices to residents
• Managing the turnover of move-ins and move-outs
• Covering duties for neighboring complexes
• Light maintenance 1-2 years of apartment management experience is preferred. Office hours are held Monday
• Friday for a total of 35 hours per week.
• There is a mandatory criminal background check
