Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting health and wellness initiatives within our organization. We are seeking an individual with passion and a commitment to the growth of our team. This is a large responsibility position and a committment of time (50+ hours/ week) will be expected. Duties Payroll Human Resourcing Customer service Infrastructure repairs and recognition of issues Event planning and management Working with outside agencies / authorities Administrative productivity and efficiency with emphasis on time management skills Qualifications Self motivated and willingness to take on tasks Ability to function independently without ongoing assistance Experience in medical/ healthcare / or wellness centers a bonus Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks Experience with graphic design software Experience with social media and marketing Knowledge of aquatics and willingness to oversee the aquatic division of our organization
