24 per hour Full Time (40 Hours) Comprehensive Benefits Package Now offering DailyPay; A financial wellness platform that enables employees to access earned wages before payday Position Summary The Short-Term Adolescent Recovery (STAR) program is a joint-commission accredited residential program for children ages 8 through 18 who have been removed from their homes due to a behavioral health diagnosis. The program is an intensive, maximum 90-day program with a strong family therapy component. Because of the importance of family involvement, only children living within a 2-hour radius of the programs are eligible for admission. The Residential Supervisor plays a key role in staff development, scheduling, performance management, regulatory compliance, and quality care while modeling professionalism and trauma-informed, person-centered practices. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Residential Supervisor provides direct support to residents as needed, oversees implementation of individualized treatment plans, promotes a structured and recovery-focused environment, and works collaboratively with families, caregivers, and community partners to help residents increase independence and successfully reintegrate into their home communities. EXPERIENCE
