Residential Program Suprevisor Clarksville, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22890642 Summary Clarksville, PA In-Person $46000.00 - $48000.00 per Year 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 37.50 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating all medical and health care needs and attend psychiatric medication checks and appointments as deemed necessary by the Residential Program Director. The person will be responsible for staff schedules, coordinating coverage for staff call-offs, staff discipline, staff evaluations, and act as a liaison between staff and the Residential Program Director.
Responsibilities include:
Attend and participate in annual program plans and multi-disciplinary team meetings. Coordinate staff meetings and attend weekly residential administrative meetings. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individuals habilitation plans for residents; counsel program clients on routine problems; insure the safety and health of residents at all times. Person will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing house budgets, grocery records, vehicle mileage records, and expenditures to keep in line with agency budgets. Communicate effectively to staff of scheduled mandatory trainings and monitor staff's compliance with the minimum 24 hours of annual training. The person in this capacity will report and be accountable to the Director of Residential Services for all responsibilities and assignments as Supervisor. The person will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and signing performance evaluations for controlling leave time, assigning and scheduling work, training of staff and participate in disciplinary measures. Required to comply with on-call schedule coverage, to resolve crises and to assure the safety and health of individuals at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in the Human Services/Residential field required. Medical knowledge/medical background preferred. Knowledge of State, HIPAA, and Agency regulations preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required. On-line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education. Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record. Must Pass Child Abuse History, FBI Clearance, and Criminal Record Check Clearances. EOE Additional Details
