The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, and operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Conduct routine property inspections to maintain quality and safety standards Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Support leasing and marketing efforts to maintain occupancy and drive traffic Maintain accurate records including leases, resident accounts, and reporting Partner with maintenance teams to ensure efficient resolution of service requests Prepare and review property performance reports Qualifications Property management experience a must Office or business management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong understanding of property operations and leasing practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Undergraduate college degree
