Long-Term Rental Property Manager Galvanized Management, LLC | Lake Harmony, PA | Full-Time Galvanized Management, LLC is looking for an experienced Long-Term Rental Property Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities Manage tenant and homeowner relationships. Handle rent collections, delinquent accounts, and evictions . Recruit new long-term rental homeowners and maintain existing client relationships. Work directly with local housing authorities , including inspections and compliance requirements. Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and property-related issues. Maintain accurate tenant and property records. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant requirements. Requirements Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License - Required Previous long-term property management experience. Experience with collections, evictions, and housing authorities . Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Travel & Mileage Regular travel throughout the area is required. Employees use their own vehicle for company business and receive mileage reimbursement according to company policy .
