Assistant Regional Property Manager South Central Pennsylvania Monarch Management Group, Inc. (MMG) is a growing property management company specializing in affordable housing. We are seeking an energetic, highly organized professional with strong leadership and communication skills to serve as an Assistant Regional Property Manager for our South Central Pennsylvania portfolio.
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
Commensurate with experience This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health insurance Paid vacation and sick leave SEP-IRA retirement plan with employer matching Final compensation will be based on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated abilities. Position Overview The Assistant Regional Property Manager will assist with the oversight and supervision of Site Managers and affordable housing communities throughout South Central Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional who works well as part of a team, can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires regular communication with property staff, residents, regulatory agencies, vendors, and company leadership. Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: At least three years of experience working with affordable housing or property management programs Working knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, USDA Rural Development, Section 8, or other affordable housing programs Experience supervising, training, and supporting property management staff Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based document storage systems Experience using Yardi property management software Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and professional correspondence Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet established deadlines The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team MMG is seeking a dependable and motivated professional who takes initiative, demonstrates sound judgment, and is committed to supporting the successful operation of our affordable housing communities.
