We are seeking a Property Management Team / Couple for our Ross Township, PA & Monroeville, PA locations to manage the property while living in a company-provided modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a state-of-the-art kitchen attached to the facility. Key Responsibilities Drive leasing performance and maximize property revenue. Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. Oversee day-to-day facility operations, cleanliness, security, and organization. Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals. Answer phone, internet, and email inquiries. Schedule and conduct onsite property tours. Clean and maintain the office and facility. Schedule and coordinate outside vendors. Prepare monthly reporting for ownership. Monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts. Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, property management, or leasing. Proven sales and customer service experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Office hours:
