Coordinate project management activities for facilities upgrades or repairs, including managing budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships. Conduct inspections of properties to identify issues related to mechanical systems repair, industrial maintenance, or facilities management needs. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS software and prepare reports on property conditions for senior management. Lead facility improvement initiatives by managing facilities maintenance teams and ensuring adherence to safety protocols while optimizing operational performance. Qualifications Proven management experience with supervising facilities maintenance teams in a commercial or residential setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, electrical systems, plumbing system maintenance and repair, and industrial maintenance procedures. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, Ohmmeters, and other troubleshooting tools for engineering diagnostics. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with experience implementing safety protocols in maintenance environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while managing budgets and timelines. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, supervise work quality, and foster a safe work environment. Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
