We are now looking for a talented Assistant Residential Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team in Island Place. Reporting to the Senior Residential Property Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for handling day-to-day property management activities for Island Place.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating day-to-day property management activities Inspecting common areas and facilities of residential buildings and Office Tower to ensure all areas and facilities are in satisfactory condition Coordinate matters between the owners and tenants of Island Place Ensure building operations in compliance with statutory requirements, DMC, and rules of the Estate Handle complaints/enquiries of residents/occupants Liaise with relevant parties/departments for all day-to-day issues Assist in administrative and documentary work of the Management office
REQUIREMENTS HKCEE/HKDSE
with 5 passes including English and Chinese Certificate or Diploma in Housing Management / Property Management or related disciplines preferred PMSA (Tier 2 or above) Licence holder is an advantage Willingness to perform duties with irregular working hours Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese; ability to speak Putonghua is an asset Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels Good computer skills on MS Word and Excel
