ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER - PHILADELPHIA, PA
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our residential property management team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, can confidently handle multiple priorities, and is comfortable balancing leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations. Property management or leasing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with the daily operations of the residential community Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Conduct apartment tours and assist with the leasing process Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents Assist with lease preparation, renewals, moveins, and moveouts Handle resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally Assist with rent collection and delinquency followup Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure resident issues are addressed Perform property and unit inspections as needed Maintain accurate resident files and property records Assist with marketing, resident events, and overall resident retention Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities
Qualifications:
Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment Strong computer skills; experience with Yardi software is a plus Positive attitude and strong problemsolving skills We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with residents and team members, and is excited to grow within property management.
