Job Description

Seeking a first-rate experienced Property Manager for a top-notch Senior apartment community. The top candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and have excellent communication and leadership abilities. In addition, a high energy level, creativity and the ability to multi-task and trouble shoot as required.
Responsibilities:
Providing leadership, motivation and supervision of all on-site employees. Oversight of all leasing and marketing activities, on-site accounting functions, the physical condition and maintenance of the community and promoting and upholding all company policies.
Skills Required:
Prior Property Management HUD experience required, computer skills including excel, excellent communication and listening skills, leadership skills, customer service skills, the ability to lead a team and the ability to execute company goals and objectives Property Management-5 + years Affordable housing/section 8, at least 2+ NSPIRE, MOR and EIV 2 + years Preferred Additional Skills Real Page Leasing/OneSite Software experience Senior Living 1 + year preferred Bilingual Spanish Speaking a plus COS or CPO Certification Preferred.
