The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, organized professional capable of maintaining property standards, fostering positive tenant relations, and ensuring consistent operational compliance.
Core Responsibilities Property Operations:
Support the seamless day-to-day management of properties, including maintenance coordination and property inspections.
Leasing Success:
Drive leasing goals by marketing vacancies, responding promptly to leads, and executing lease agreements.
Financial & Administrative:
Ensure accurate data entry, timely rent collections, and rigorous maintenance of legal and resident documentation.
Compliance:
Assist with HUD applications, certifications, and recertifications. You will be responsible for ensuring properties adhere to Fair Housing and HUD regulations (training provided). Qualifications Proven experience in a property management or real estate administrative role. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally across diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills for data management and reporting. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
