To support the operation of the designated community homes, the staff, and individuals. Responsible for health, welfare, and development of individuals, and for assisting with and coordinating all aspects of the Community Residential Rehabilitation Services. Responsible for making recommendations and communicating with the Program Specialist for disciplinary actions if warranted. Responsible for coaching and training staff to perform to their fullest potential. Responsible for compliance with all applicable county and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures by performing the following duties working from a basic schedule, including varying days and hours at the discretion of the Residential Program Specialist. This position will be responsible for assisting in direct care coverage as required.We offer:

- Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent form a two-year college in social work, psychology, or related field is preferred or at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Candidate will need to have the ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!
