This leadership role oversees the day-to-day operations of our 24/7 residential homes serving adults with intellectual disabilities. You'll play a vital role in ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centered supports in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. As a key leader, the Residential Program Manager provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and professional development to Home Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals, while driving excellence, accountability, and continuous quality improvement across assigned homes. Services Employee Referral Incentives Employee Discounts (AT&T, Planet Fitness, Loan Forgiveness programs, and more) Company-Paid Training (CPR, Medication Administration, Certified Investigator, and more) What You'll Do as a Residential Program Manager Oversee daily operations of assigned residential programs, including staffing, program funds, and physical sites Supervise, coach, and support Home Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals Conduct and document regular developmental meetings focused on performance, problem-solving, service quality, and professional growth Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements Perform routine inspections of residential properties and review individual care documentation Manage incidents thoroughly and in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements Maintain consistent clinical, health, wellness, and nutritional standards Ensure all required documentation for individuals, staff, and homes is accurate and completed on time Promote a culture where individual safety and well-being are always the top priority Participate in interdisciplinary teams, including implementation of ISPs, behavior support plans, and clinical initiatives Enforce PathWays policies and procedures, along with DHS, HUD, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations Career Development at PathWays We don't just support the people in our care — we support your growth too. What You'll Need Associate's or Bachelor's degree required OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four (4) years of Human Services or Direct Care experience 3-5 years of experience in a Human Services agency Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential/group home setting preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred Licensing & Certifications Valid driver's license required; must be maintained throughout employment Personal auto insurance required and must meet PathWays eligibility Ability to operate agency vehicles, including passenger vans/minibuses Must obtain and maintain: CPR/First Aid ODP Medication Administration Certified Investigator HUD Property Manager certification Physical & Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Successful completion of criminal background checks Pre-employment physical and TB test Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently; heavier lifting requires team assistance Ability to assist individuals with transfers, toileting, and physical support needs Ability to participate in approved physical management techniques Frequent travel by personal or agency vehicle; work in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive motion Normal range of vision and hearing required Build a Career That Matters If you're ready to turn your passion for helping others into a meaningful career , PathWays is the place for you.
