A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

What You'll Need Associate's or Bachelor's degree required OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four (4) years of Human Services or Direct Care experience 3-5 years of experience in a Human Services agency Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential/group home setting preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred Licensing & Certifications Valid driver's license required; must be maintained throughout employment Personal auto insurance required and must meet PathWays eligibility Ability to operate agency vehicles, including passenger vans/minibuses Must obtain and maintain: CPR/First Aid ODP Medication Administration Certified Investigator HUD Property Manager certification Physical & Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Successful completion of criminal background checks Pre-employment physical and TB test Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently; heavier lifting requires team assistance Ability to assist individuals with transfers, toileting, and physical support needs Ability to participate in approved physical management techniques Frequent travel by personal or agency vehicle; work in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive motion Normal range of vision and hearing required Build a Career That Matters If you're ready to turn your passion for helping others into a meaningful career , PathWays is the place for you.
