Job Description

Short-Term Rental Property Manager Location:
Must be based in Bend, Oregon - remote mainly, some in-person
Schedule:

Role:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental portfolio in Bend, Oregon. This role is a combination of office-based administrative work and on-call operational support, ensuring our properties, guests, and homeowners receive exceptional service. The position is 40 hours per week, with time split between desk responsibilities and on-call management of property needs, guest requests, and vendor coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations:
Oversee the daily operation of multiple short-term rental properties. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and vendor services. Periodically conduct property inspections to ensure homes meet quality and cleanliness standards. Periodically onboard new short term rental properties.
Guest Experience:
Respond to guest inquiries before, during, and after their stay. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Coordinate emergency responses when needed. Maintain high guest satisfaction and review scores.
Homeowner Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners. Provide updates on property performance, maintenance, and improvements as needed. Recommend proactive maintenance and property enhancements, as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage reservations, dynamic pricing, calendars, and communication channels. Coordinate vendor scheduling and verify completeness. Track maintenance requests and operational expenses. Maintain accurate property records and documentation. Assist with onboarding new properties and implementing operational procedures.
On-Call Responsibilities:
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent guest and property issues outside of standard office hours. Coordinate emergency maintenance or vendor services as needed. Make sound decisions under pressure to protect guest experience and property assets.
Qualifications:
Based in Central Oregon High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of consecutive customer service work required. Previous experience in property management, hospitality, vacation rentals preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Comfortable using computers, property management software, and mobile apps. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Perform occasional property inspections in locations ranging from La Pine, Black Butte Ranch, Redmond and in between.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hours:
40h/week Half day desk time (e.g 8a-1p) Half day on call (e.g. 1p-9p)

Monthly Pay:
$3,000 - $4,000 per month
Holidays:
Extra $250 per holiday worked
Vacation :
