What You'll Do Support day-to-day operations for 7-8 agents (general admin coordination, brokerage backend needs — a dedicated Transaction Coordinator handles TC work, but you may step in for urgent needs) Manage rent collection in Rentvine, including in-office presence on collection days for tenants not on ACH Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor communication, and occasional door access Communicate with buyers, sellers, and tenants via group chats, phone, and email Support lease agreements, ensuring compliance with CA Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations Handle admin tasks: data entry, filing, invoicing, document management Assist with basic budgeting and expense tracking Resolve tenant/vendor conflicts professionally Bonuses on Closings and client retention and converting leads, up to $8,000 a month in bonuses What You Need Active California real estate license (required) Property management background Rentvine experience required Primarily remote, with flexibility to come into our office space on rent collection days and as needed Working knowledge of CA Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing Strong communication skills — comfortable managing multiple group chats at once Organized, self-directed, comfortable juggling admin and PM work Proficient in
