About the Opportunity WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Bayview Towers, a 200-unit Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing community located in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day property management operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in multifamily housing and property management. Please note that the pay range for this position is $25.63 - $32.19 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, the selected candidate will typically work: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
