Job Description

About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations in Anderson and Oconee Counties. This role manages one large condominium community along with several smaller associations, serving as the primary liaison between homeowners, Board Members, and service providers. While HOA experience is preferred, we are open to candidates from property management, customer service, operations, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or similar backgrounds who possess strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Pay:

Paid Time Off:
80 hours during first 2 years Supportive team environment with cross-training opportunities Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner and condominium associations Serve as the primary point of contact for Board Members, homeowners, and vendors Conduct regular property inspections and site visits Attend Board meetings, including occasional evening and weekend meetings Coordinate maintenance projects and oversee vendor performance Assist with architectural review requests (ARB applications) and community compliance matters Prepare Board meeting packets, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes Monitor association budgets and financial reports Review invoices, contracts, and operating expenses Help communities navigate developer transitions when applicable Ensure communities remain compliant with governing documents and applicable regulations Identify opportunities to improve community operations and resident satisfaction Qualifications Preferred HOA, community association, property management, or related experience CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or other industry certifications Experience working with Boards of Directors Knowledge of architectural review processes (ARB) Financial reporting and budgeting experience Required Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable attending occasional evening and weekend meetings Comfortable traveling between properties for inspections and meetings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM/property management software Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes ownership of their communities.
