In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, we offer a suite of professional perks designed to support your success and well-being: Flexible hybrid work schedule with only one required in-office day per week (unless there is a special event, board meeting, or business need) Robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and disability insurance Company-paid continuing education and professional certifications, including CMCA, AMS, and PCAM Paid membership to the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Strong commitment to work-life balance through manageable workloads and healthy boundaries Additional compensation for board meetings held outside normal business hours Company-provided laptop and work phone Mileage reimbursement for business travel Recognized as a Great Place to Work® for six consecutive years and named one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in multiple markets What You'll Be Doing As a Community Association Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our client communities by: Serving as the primary liaison between HOA Boards of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and management partners Traveling throughout the Nashville market to attend board meetings, conduct community inspections, perform site walk-throughs, and support community events as needed Preparing and distributing annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and community communications in accordance with governing documents and applicable state requirements Reviewing monthly financial reports and providing guidance to Board members regarding budgets and community performance Advising Boards and committees on maintenance projects, capital improvements, vendor management, and community operations Ensuring compliance with governing documents while promoting positive homeowner relationships and exceptional customer service Coordinating with internal departments and external service providers to support the operational needs of assigned communities What You Bring to the Role Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in community management, property management, customer service, hospitality, or a related field Strong written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and professional correspondence Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve conflicts Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines Professional verbal and written communication skills for interactions with homeowners, board members, vendors, and colleagues Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits throughout the Nashville area Preferred Qualifications CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation Completion of the M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management course through CAI Experience managing an HOA portfolio or serving as an onsite community manager Knowledge of HOA operations, board governance, budgeting, and vendor management AMS or PCAM designation, or the desire to obtain professional certifications through CAI Join Associa and help create better communities, one neighborhood at a time.
