SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday:
8:30 AM-5:00
PM Friday:
8:30 AM-3:00 PM Occasional evening Board and Annual Meetings are required.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Community Association Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for the HOA communities you manage. You'll work closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and our internal team to keep communities running smoothly and provide a great customer experience. No two days are exactly alike. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and having a direct impact on the communities they serve.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the primary management contact for HOA Boards of Directors Build strong relationships with Board members, homeowners, and vendors Prepare for and attend Board and Annual Meetings Assist Boards with annual budgets and review monthly financial information Coordinate maintenance, repairs, projects, and vendors Conduct community inspections for maintenance and covenant concerns Obtain and review bids, proposals, and contracts Follow up on Board decisions, projects, and action items Respond to homeowner and Board questions and concerns Help work through difficult situations and find practical solutions Maintain familiarity with each community's governing documents and policies Keep accurate notes, tasks, correspondence, and community information Work closely with Customer Support, Accounting, leadership, and other team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll be a great fit if you: Communicate clearly and professionally Provide excellent customer service Are organized and detail-oriented Can manage multiple deadlines, meetings, and projects Are a strong problem solver Take ownership and follow through Stay calm and professional when situations get challenging Are comfortable reviewing budgets, financials, contracts, and proposals Work well independently and as part of a team Can adjust priorities when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in community association management, HOA management, property management, or a related field Experience with budgeting, financial statements, vendors, contracts, covenant enforcement, and property inspections Experience with Vantaca or similar HOA/property management software is a plus, but not required CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or other CAI education/certification is a plus, but not required
Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area for inspections and meetings Ability to commute to our Aurora office as needed Ability to attend evening Board and Annual Meetings as needed Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while staying connected and responsive to the team If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping communities run well, we'd love to hear from you.
