Job Description
Community Association Manager Salary Starting at $55,000 per year, with opportunities for compensation increases based on performance, skill development, and portfolio growth. It's possible to increase to $70,000
- $90,000 within one year based on commitment and quality of work.
Qualifications / Requirements
Attention to detail. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset. Basic understanding of financial statements, budgets, and accounting concepts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Have or ability to obtain a MN Real Estate license. Work Schedule During Training- 9AM•5PM most weekdays with some flexibility and occasional evening meetings.
