If you enjoy working with boards and communities but are tired of being expected to handle everything yourself, Premier offers a different model. At Premier, each association is supported by a Team of 3: Community Manager

• leads the association and works with the board Associate Manager
• supports owner communication, administration, and follow-up Field Operations Specialist
• assists with property visits, vendors, maintenance, and projects You are also supported by a dedicated accounting team and modern technology designed to make association management more organized and efficient.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary management contact for association boards Prepare for and attend board and owner meetings Advise boards on operational and financial matters Coordinate with vendors, attorneys, insurance professionals, and contractors Oversee projects, maintenance priorities, and board action items Assist with budgeting and association planning Maintain professional communication with boards and homeowners Ensure issues are followed through to completion Qualifications Minimum 2 years of community association management experience Experience managing condominiums, HOAs, or similar associations Strong communication and board meeting skills Knowledge of association budgets, financials, maintenance, vendors, and governance Strong organization and follow-through Professional and calm under pressure Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team CMCA, AMS, PCAM, real estate licensing, and other industry credentials are a plus, but not required.
