This role offers flexible scheduling (2 properties) and averages 30 hours per week. If you are experienced in property management, managing mobile home communities, leasing, or have experience in a financial services or customer service setting, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills, confidence with using a computer for excel, property management software and is able to engage with diverse community residents. You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to enforce the rules of the community which maintains community curb appeal. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the eyes and ears of our community and manage all leasing and rent collection duties. Responsibilities Rent collection and tracking through property management software New resident leasing Respond to current and prospective resident queries in a timely manner Monitor and report on rules violations, curb appeal, and common area maintenance issues. Issue newsletters, legal notices, and work orders Walk property regularly to inspect common areas and resident landscaping and home condition. utility meter reading and invoicing. Skills Proven work experience as a community manager Excellent verbal communication skills Confident writing and computer skills Confidence with the mathematic skills required to process large deposits with accuracy. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
