Assistant Property Manager - Hybrid / Field Davis, Weber & Salt Lake Counties | $42,000-$46,000/year Are you organized, dependable, great with people, and someone who knows how to get things done ? Crestview Management, at Keller Williams Utah Realtors, is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being out in the field—not sitting behind a desk all day. A Hybrid Role With Variety This position is a mix of remote work, field work, and time in our Salt Lake office . During training, you'll work from our Salt Lake office approximately 2-3 days per week . Once trained, you'll typically be in the office 1-2 day per week , with the remainder of your time split between working remotely and visiting properties throughout Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake Counties. There is a fair amount of driving in this position. Living in Davis or Weber County is a plus and may significantly reduce your drive time. What You'll Do You'll help keep our rental portfolio, tenants, owners, and vendors moving in the right direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating maintenance requests and work orders Scheduling, communicating with, and managing vendors Finding and onboarding new vendors and contractors Communicating with tenants and providing updates to property owners Conducting property visits and inspections Delivering notices and other property-related documents Helping ensure vacant properties are clean, repaired, and rent-ready Following up on projects and making sure deadlines don't fall through the cracks Assisting with new property and owner onboarding Helping identify opportunities to grow our property management portfolio Traveling to properties throughout Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake Counties A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
