Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Real Estate Paralegal / Manager to oversee closing activity for residential transactions in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position supports a multi-state home-builder financing operation and requires someone who is detail oriented and can coordinate documentation, guide closing workflows, and provide day-to-day leadership to support staff. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of builder or developer transactions, strong organizational judgment, and the ability to keep deals moving accurately and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full closing process for residential real estate transactions involving home builders and lot purchases across several states.
  • Review, prepare, and organize transaction documents to help ensure timely, accurate, and compliant closings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, outside parties, and business partners to resolve title, document, and scheduling issues before closing.
  • Supervise and support two operations specialists, including assigning work, monitoring output, and helping maintain service standards.
  • Track closing timelines and priorities across multiple active files while addressing issues that could delay funding or execution.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to residential real estate matters, entity-related materials, and corporate legal support needs.
  • Assist with entity formation and corporate governance tasks connected to real estate operations when needed.
  • Help implement process improvements within closing operations to strengthen consistency, efficiency, and document control.
