What You'll Do As an ISL Manager, you'll lead a team of amazing Direct Support Professionals while ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centered services. You'll:
Coach, mentor, and support an incredible team. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners. Ensure services promote independence, dignity, and choice. Help solve challenges while celebrating successes. Be part of a leadership team that truly supports one another. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in the developmental disabilities or human services field required. Previous supervisory experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Open availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position . Because emergencies don't always happen between 8 and 5, ISL Managers participate in an on-call rotation and are expected to respond when urgent situations arise.
