May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

•We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Part-time/On-Call Property Manager to oversee showings in an open-house setting, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional prospective tenant relations, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Duties Report to property for showings (open house events) Conduct (on-call) property inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards Enforce Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines to promote equitable housing opportunities Requirements Customer service experience is required (property management, administrative, leasing and facilities management skills desired). Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, Section 8 housing policies, and Fair Housing regulations Proficiency with property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar CRM systems Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and legal contract administration Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities Join us as a Part-time/On-Call Property Manager and become an essential part of a dedicated team committed to providing quality housing solutions.
