Core Responsibilities This is a property management role at its core: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and tenants Coordinate leasing, marketing, and unit turnover Manage maintenance coordination and vendor relationships Ensure compliance, documentation, and client satisfaction Support business development — networking with realtors and investors, building relationships, and bringing in new management agreements (Global will invest in your success to support lead gen and networking efforts) You'll be supported by an experienced team — you won't be doing this alone.
