May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager, where you'll lead the management and maintenance of diverse facilities, ensuring optimal operation, safety, and tenant satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee mechanical systems, coordinate maintenance teams, and implement safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and safety of our properties, making a tangible difference every day. Duties Manage daily operations of residential or commercial properties, including overseeing maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations. Supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring tasks such as HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair are completed efficiently and safely. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track assets, and monitor maintenance activities. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical or electrical issues using schematics and testing tools like ohmmeters and multimeters. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining detailed safety documentation. Oversee facilities management projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to support ongoing facilities management efforts. Lead team management initiatives by supervising staff, providing training on maintenance repair procedures, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Experience Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage systems), and industrial maintenance practices. Strong understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards and familiarity with schematics for electrical and mechanical systems. Experience using CMMS software for maintenance management tasks. Skilled in engineering troubleshooting techniques utilizing tools like ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose complex issues efficiently. Demonstrated ability to lead facilities maintenance teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
