This role combines client development with hands-on property management. As a part of the Fox Haven team, you'll have access to our internal software, marketing resources, and direct support as you build your portfolio. What you'll do Grow and support your portfolio Build relationships with rental property owners, real estate agents, and local businesses to develop new management opportunities. Meet with prospective clients, assess properties, recommend rent based on comparable listings, and discuss repairs or improvements needed before leasing. Keep owners informed about leasing, maintenance, resident matters, and property performance. Manage leasing and residents Coordinate listings, inquiries, showings, applications, screening, leases, and move-ins. Serve as the primary contact for residents in your assigned portfolio. Monitor rent payments and lease compliance and coordinate follow-up under company procedures. Manage renewals, move-outs, property assessments, and turnovers. Coordinate property care Assess maintenance requests, respond to urgent issues, and coordinate vendors. Obtain estimates and owner approvals when needed, track work through completion, and review completed work and invoices. Identify property concerns early and coordinate make-ready work and repairs. Keep accurate records Maintain current owner, resident, leasing, inspection, maintenance, and vendor records in our software. Document important conversations, approvals, and property issues. Communicate regularly with company leadership about significant issues, emerging risks, and portfolio performance. What we're looking for An active South Carolina property manager license, or the ability to obtain the appropriate license before performing licensed activities. Licensed candidates are strongly preferred. Experience as a Property Manager or in a closely related residential property management role, in either single-family or multifamily housing. Communicate professionally and confidently with property owners, prospective clients, residents, and vendors. Build lasting client relationships and take an active role in growing your portfolio. Apply sound financial judgment when evaluating rent, expenses, and property performance. Work comfortably with digital tools and learn new property management software. Bring a working knowledge of residential maintenance, repairs, or construction. Stay organized, follow through on commitments, and use good judgment when priorities compete. This role is Hybrid-Remote You can work from a home office, with time in the field for client meetings, property visits, showings, and vendor coordination. There is currently no in-office requirement. Commission is earned through the portfolio you build and manage. As a part of our growing local team, you'll have the tools, marketing resources, training, and direct support to help you develop client relationships and care for the properties entrusted to us.
