The Property Associate role is a fast-track training and development track for future Property Managers at Home Ladder. You'll work closely with experienced managers, receive hands-on training, and take real ownership early.
This is a hybrid role:
Primarily remote, with flexibility and autonomy One in-office day per week for team collaboration (lunch provided) Regular property visits for inspections There's an ebb and flow to the schedule. Some days are light, others require urgency and responsiveness. There is no rigid clock-in/clock-out, just accountability to outcomes.
