THE ROLE INCLUDES

Scheduling and overseeing preventative maintenance (seasonal) Coordinating and resolving maintenance work orders (~70/month) Managing unit turnover (~4/month) Onboarding new buildings (~3/month) Supervising improvement projects(~2/month) Handling vendor coordination, bidding, and invoicing
